We aim to provide you the customer with the best delivery services available. We use Next day DPD services for all of our UK online orders.

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a picture/signature is normally required.

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and orders placed during Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday. Orders are dispatched via DPD Delivery and will be with you within 1-2 days at the address you provided upon ordering.

UK delivery charge for all order values are free. Any orders outside the U.K will be sent by the most efficient courier to the country which is a fully trackable service at a cost of £15.00.

Once your order has been placed and you receive your delivery confirmation e-mail, you can check your tracking number by logging into your account on our website. The tracking number will be displayed at the bottom of the order page. This number can then be entered into the courier's tracking website and tracked throughout it's journey.  If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: During peak/sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual although we still aim to dispatch most orders for next day delivery.
